What payment methods do you accept?

The following payment methods are accepted: VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and AMEX credit or debit cards. We do not accept PayPal payments, and cash on delivery is not available.

What risks do I run when making a card payment?

Payment is 100% secure; your credit card information (number and expiration date) never passes through our server but is sent directly in encrypted form to our bank's secure server (SSL).

Can I cancel an order I've placed?

Yes, if placed within 2 hours of placing your order. Simply contact our Help Desk promptly via chat or at info@mysportlove.com . Orders placed via other channels will not be canceled.

If I can't place an order due to connection or server issues, how can I order?

If you'd like to place an order but are having trouble submitting it due to connection or server issues, you can still order what you want. Contact us at the live chat number or at info@mysportlove.com with the items you'd like to purchase (code, size, quantity, preferred payment method, delivery address, and phone number). We'll process your order and confirm it by email or phone.

What happens if the product I ordered is out of stock?

If, for extraordinary reasons, one or more items are unavailable upon receipt of the order, MySportLove will contact the customer by telephone within 2 days of receiving the order, informing them of any additional waiting times for the desired item and/or will offer the customer one or more equivalent replacement items. If the customer accepts the replacement product but, within the terms provided for by the right of withdrawal, is not satisfied, MySportLove will cover all costs related to returning the replacement item.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free worldwide.

How long does delivery take?

Once the goods have been shipped, delivery takes 7-12 business days worldwide via SDA express courier or Poste Italiane. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination, but we guarantee the fastest processing of every order.

What happens if no one is home when the delivery takes place?

The SDA branch will hold your package for a few days and contact MySportLove to discuss the next steps. You can collect your order at the branch with our prior authorization or change the delivery address.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide except for remote areas or areas with logistical difficulties.

How can I track my package?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking code. You can track your shipment using this code on the courier's website. If you haven't received your code or are having trouble tracking it, please contact us at info@mysportlove.com .

The customizations shown in product photos are for illustrative purposes only. The jersey will be personalized only if you specify your name and number during the ordering process. We use the same materials and printing techniques as the official jersey to ensure the authenticity of the customization. If you do not specify any customizations, the jersey will be sent without your name and number.

It's important to note that jerseys with the name and number of famous footballers can be returned, while jerseys with customizations (customized name and number) cannot be returned as they are made-to-measure products.
